Welcome, I’m Kylie.

I’m sure you’re browsing to see if I’d be a good fit as your Therapist, so here’s a little about me!

Therapy Focused On Human Connection.

Although I have worked in different sectors, human connection has always been at the root of my career and helping others has always been a deep-seated motivation.

I’ve always been an immensely compassionate person, and I hold a deep curiosity about people, their relationships, and the full scope of our human experience.

I recognize that the career of a Therapist is a privilege; to sit with you at your most vulnerable time, and then witness your growth. This is not something I take for granted.

I believe “change is change.” Whether that’s changing maladaptive communication patterns in your relationship, or making a hard phone call you’ve been putting off for three months. We will always celebrate your wins; a step forward is meaningful, no matter how small.

My ultimate goal is for my clients to have a warm, engaging, and safe therapy experience. My clients can expect me to be sincere, authentic, direct, and consistent.  You’re not alone on this journey.

Other important information: My favorite food is sushi, I love walks by the ocean, I listen to all types of music (yes even county), I will walk across any street to pet a dog, and I make sure to laugh daily.

Clinical Experience.

Before I worked in the Mental Health field, I worked in the entertainment industry with C suite-executives and personalities in music, movies, and television.  I have extensive experience working with creatives, and understand the obstacles and challenges that many people face within that sector.

My clinical experience involves individual and group therapy with children ages 5-22 and their families;  Providing therapy to cancer patients and their caregivers;  Supporting individuals with severe mental illness in the Psychiatric Hospital Setting, School social work; Corporate wellness; Working with the geriatric and aging population; and providing in home therapy to children with a diagnosis of Autism. I have experience working with diagnoses from mild depression and Anxiety to Schizophrenia.

I did my undergraduate studies at University of Colorado, Boulder where I received my B.A in Sociology, and received my Masters in Social Work from California State University at San Marcos. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am able to work with Therapy Clients in California.
